We are a small cutting and casting company in the foothills of the cascade mountains of washington state, u. S. A. I personally cutt all stones and styles and carve the waxes. We have a 20 ounce blast funace for melting metal and use the vacuum casting technique. I also make silicon molds (see through) for wax injection and security for 1 off carvings. These can be used for production wax injection as well. All metels are alloyed at the time of casting so any alloy is possible.10 kt -22 kt in gold, de-ox silver and silicon bronze for models to be plated.
